You will also learn how to make terrific salad dressings and sauces such as the Mesa Barbecue Sauce which is delicious with burgers, ribs, sausages, and chicken.
For an appetizer try any one of the 3 grilled flatbreads, or my favorite: proscuitto-wrapped figs with mozzarella and rosemary oil. Unique and delicious.
The desserts are not all made on the grill but the Watermelon, Grilled Peach, and Blackberry Salad with Honey-Yogurt dressing does require grilling the peaches and the result of the combination is divine.
On the downside, some of the recipes are lengthy and require multiple steps and long marinating times. Everything I have made so far has really delivered on flavor so if you have the time, it's worth it to give them a try.
